PT Owners’ Club special discount*

Now there’s even more reason for members of the PT Owners’ Club to utilise the services at Dutton Forshaw Canterbury, Lookers Hatfield and Lookers Romford with a 10% discount.

The special discount can be used on routine manufacturer servicing and any parts of accessories purchased at Dutton Forshaw Canterbury, Lookers Hatfield and Lookers Romford on production of a valid membership card.

*The 10% discount applies to routine services only in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service programme and all parts and accessories purchased from Lookers Hatfield or Lookers Romford from 29.11.06 until 30.06.07 for members of the PT Owners’ Club on production of a valid membership card before the transaction has been completed on the day of purchase. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other.

Price reduction on manufacturer services

We can now offer even lower routine service prices following a price reduction from the manufacturer.

The cost of routine servicing is now even less so call us now and we’ll provide you with a competitive quote.

Whilst you’ll be saving money, we won’t be cutting any corners – all the usual first class benefits of servicing at a manufacturer-approved outlet apply such as factory-trained technicians using genuine parts and that all-important stamp from a franchised outlet in your book.

Accident Management

When you take delivery of your new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, you are automatically placed on our Accident Management programme*.

Unfortunately, accidents do happen. Our complimentary centre service has been designed to supplement your existing motor insurance to provide you with exclusive assistance in the event of an accident – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is our promise to remove the stress and get you back on the road with a minimum of fuss.

In the event of an accident no matter who is to blame, we’ll take the following action:

Recover your damaged vehicle, take it to our approved bodyshop and undertake full management of the repairs
Liaise with your insurance company and the other driver; just one call from you and we’ll take it from there
Keep you mobile with a courtesy car whilst your vehicle is being repaired
Manage all the communication with your insurance company
Recover all your uninsured losses - e.g. your policy excess, hire charges, loss of earnings and injury compensation

If you are involved in an accident which isn’t your fault, we’ll even ensure that you receive a like-for-like courtesy vehicle.**

On delivery of your new vehicle, you will receive notification that you have been placed on the scheme. You will also receive a card, please sign the back, and we recommend that you place it in your wallet or purse for safe-keeping.
